What is a good fat burning exercise plan? I belong to a Planet Fitness Gym, and I am looking for a basic guideline of whats a good fat burning exercise plan. {eg x mount of minutes on an elliptical, x amount of minutes on a stationary bike] I usually spend about 90 minutes at the gym.

How good are Exercise Bikes at fat burning? I know you burn as many calories as on a treadmill. That treadmills are great for fat burning. Are exercise bikes great for fat burning? Is there any way to know you are burning fat during exercise? It is said you have to do 20-30 minutes of exercise before you start burning fat. Now is there any way to know when that moment begins? Will you feel, for instance, colder, or will you have a sudden boost of eat, or will you feel anything different at all?
follow up question: what is the most effective fat burning exercise to lose weight? i used to run for hours in the gym, but now that i have gotten bit older and stopped working out for a year its really hard to run even for 10min, so how long and how much intensity should i put in order to lose weight quickly? I mean walking is fine but i feel it does not burn any fat coz not so much intensity so shoudl i just run and run hard? and for how long?

Is swimming really the best exercise for burning fat? I want to lose my belly fat and lovehandles and i heard that swimming is great. I'm signing up for a membership at the jcc and i plant to swim laps once a week for an hour. will that burn all my fat? i now have a perfect diet (fruits, veggies, nuts, lean meat etc) so i won't be gaining any weight. is this enough, or will i have to do additional exercises? if so, then what kinds?
Does the following classify as a good fat-burning/cardio exercise? I was watching a movie today at my house and for the first 10-15 minutes i was doing random stuff that would keep my heart rate up. For example i would maybe run up and down the stairs for 30 seconds then run and jump over the couch. Then i would maybe take a break for a couple seconds then do burpees, break, etc.

I have a punching bag,which helps, but I don't have loads of time to do exercise.I tried running upo and down the stairs but that takes me to long to feel a burn, I'm not out of shape, I just want to loose some weight, without having to go to the gym, or paying out to a gym. What's a good fat burning exercise for a 16 year old guy? Okay. I need to loose some fat of my belly. It's not a lot, just like 5 pounds maximum. I am not eating really right, but for like a five days I tired to eliminate all the junk food I used to eat. Some good belly fat burning exercises? I am 17, and overweight. The weird thing is that my arms and legs are pretty skinny, and my face isn't chubby either. its all in my stomach. which i hate. i'd like to know some good exercises specifically for burning belly fat, if anyone has any. btw it is definetely more lower stomach fat.

What is the "fat burning" zone (range of heartrate) on exercise equipment? when I use a treadmill and enter weight and everything and target heartrate (the machines that take heartrate) it shows that a certain heartrate range is the "cardio zone" and anotehr is the "fat burning" and another is one about stamina. What is the difference and why is one called fat burning? Is that the optimal heartrate for fat burning? is the one above it also fat burning? Is this a good exercise and does it burn fat?? Yesterday I started a routine of jogging in place for 5 minutes. I'm going to increase it daily as my stamina builds up. I broke a sweat on my forehead and my shirt was wet. I'm doing this exercise routine indoors because I work 14 hour days and don't have time to get out and jog on certain days.
