What is a good fat burning exercise plan? I belong to a Planet Fitness Gym, and I am looking for a basic guideline of whats a good fat burning exercise plan. {eg x mount of minutes on an elliptical, x amount of minutes on a stationary bike] I usually spend about 90 minutes at the gym.

follow up question: what is the most effective fat burning exercise to lose weight? i used to run for hours in the gym, but now that i have gotten bit older and stopped working out for a year its really hard to run even for 10min, so how long and how much intensity should i put in order to lose weight quickly? I mean walking is fine but i feel it does not burn any fat coz not so much intensity so shoudl i just run and run hard? and for how long?

Is this a good exercise and does it burn fat?? Yesterday I started a routine of jogging in place for 5 minutes. I'm going to increase it daily as my stamina builds up. I broke a sweat on my forehead and my shirt was wet. I'm doing this exercise routine indoors because I work 14 hour days and don't have time to get out and jog on certain days. Is this a good fat burning exercise for me?? Do you have any other suggestions on indoor fat burning exercises if this isn't an effective method?? Thanks
