What is a good company to work for in the renewable energy field?

I have an extensive sales background and am very interested in the renewable energy field. Please help.

1. Citizenre specializes in selling leased solar panel equipment. But they are in very few areas since they are still expanding. I wanted to become an associate but they are not yet expanded into my area. The company is setup similar to mlm but there are no up front costs.
